Who we are

This Privacy Policy is issued by Grimms Gardens LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”), the company that owns and operates the NutraDrip brand. NutraDrip Irrigation Insights is a service of NutraDrip, a division of Grimms Gardens LLC. This website, nutradripirrigationinsights.com, and the text messaging program described here are owned and operated by Grimms Gardens LLC.

Grimms Gardens LLC, through its NutraDrip division, provides irrigation management reports to farm customers. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and who we share it with. It applies to nutradripirrigationinsights.com and nutradrip.com, and to the text messages we send.

What we collect

When you sign up we collect your name and mobile number, and optionally your farm name, email address, general location, the irrigation equipment you use, and any notes you provide. We also record the date and time you consented to receive text messages, along with your IP address and browser, so we can demonstrate that consent was given.

Once you become a customer we also handle agronomic data about your fields — soil moisture readings, irrigation records, weather, and satellite imagery — obtained from the equipment and services you already use.

How we use it

We use your information to set up and deliver your irrigation reports, to contact you about your service, and to improve the accuracy of the recommendations we provide. We do not use your information for advertising.

We do not sell or share your phone number

Grimms Gardens LLC does not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or any personal information with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties for marketing.

We share information only with the service providers we need to operate — for example the messaging provider that delivers your texts, our hosting and database providers, and the equipment manufacturers whose data you have asked us to access on your behalf. These providers may only use the information to provide services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Text messages

Text messages are only sent to numbers that have opted in. You can stop them at any time by replying STOP. See our Messaging Terms for details on frequency, rates, and opting out.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and field information for as long as you are a customer. We retain consent records for as long as required to comply with messaging regulations, even after you opt out, so we can show that consent existed.

Your choices

You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP, adjust which reports you receive from the dashboard link in your messages, or contact us to ask what information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted.
