Who operates this messaging program

These Messaging Terms govern the NutraDrip Irrigation Insights text message program, which is owned and operated by Grimms Gardens LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”), the company behind the NutraDrip brand. NutraDrip Irrigation Insights is a service of NutraDrip, a division of Grimms Gardens LLC. All messages sent under this program are sent by Grimms Gardens LLC.

What you’re signing up for

When you opt in, Grimms Gardens LLC sends you recurring automated text messages containing irrigation reports for the fields we set up for you. A report typically includes soil moisture, how many days until the field needs water, recent and forecast rainfall, crop water use, and how much water your controller applied, along with a link to your private report page.

Message frequency

Frequency varies. Most growers receive one message per field per day during the growing season (roughly April through October), on a schedule we set up with you. Some fields also receive occasional alerts when soil moisture crosses a threshold.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Grimms Gardens LLC does not charge you for the text messages themselves; your mobile carrier’s standard rates apply.

How to stop messages

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You’ll get one confirmation that you’ve been unsubscribed, and we won’t text you again unless you opt back in. You can also reply UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, QUIT, or END.

To resume messages, reply START. You can also change or turn off your reports from the dashboard link included in every message.

Consent

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Grimms Gardens LLC. We only message numbers that have been given to us by the account holder for their own fields. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages, and we never buy or use purchased contact lists.

Carriers

Supported carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed and can be affected by carrier network conditions.
